It has been a long while since I’ve posted, but I’m going to get back in the habit of weekly posts. There will be two this week, since my adventures in middle-north of England for the Vengeance V3 Guild Ball Tournament. I’ve got pretty wrapped up in that game and it’s a lot of fun, but that’s not what I’ve mainly been doing since I quit my day job. No, no, no, friends; I’ve been writing.
So the time has come again for me to start dieting – or, more precisely, sticking to the half-hearted, part time diet I’ve been ‘on’ for the last six months. New year’s is a good enough time to start, although I expect the gym’ll be packed. However I need to start now, and start hard, because in May my brother’s and I are going to Comicon as the Ginyu Force from Dragon Ball Z.
My cousin got married very recently, and of course I went to the wedding. First and foremost, congratulations to you and Tom, Hannah, and I hope you enjoy your honeymoon! I know you read my blog (thanks!) so I thought I’d add an extra set of well wishes here for you both! Apart from my [AFOREMENTIONED ISSUES WITH SUITS] the wedding did present me with one other spike of personal trauma, albeit not on the scale of what the bride and groom felt – weddings involve feasts, and feasts involve kissing your diet goodbye!
Shopping for suits isn’t easy, and can be pretty stressful. But the people selling suits shouldn’t make it harder – that’s just counter productive! And really, really stressful.
